Project title: Creating shopping and entertainment facilities in the historic center of Suvorova str.

Aim of the project: creation of the first pedestrian street as an object of tourist infrastructure.

Suvorova str. development involves:

- to create of a pedestrian zone with the necessary infrastructure,

- to transfer some floors of accommodation units to nonresidential ones,

- to restore of Vitebsk historic center,

- to equip places for rest,

- to reconstruct of buildings’ facades in the same style and color,

- to install decorative arrangements,

- to develop the planting system, - to create the boulevard,

- to pave streets with tile flooring.

Stage of project realization:

The 1st stage of the object «Walking Suvorova str. from Lenina str. to Yanki Kupaly str. to Pushkin str. and Krylova str.». The 2nd and 3rd construction stages are under work now.

OUR OFFER TO INVESTOR:

Carrying out the renovation (transfer some floors of accommodation units to nonresidential ones according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 479 September 25, 2009 “On transferring accommodation units to nonresidential ones and on some corrections of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus № 152 March 16, 2006”) and placing on the 1st floors of the buildings on Suvorova str. different agencies, shops and saloons, travel agencies, gifts and artworks shops, jewelry stores, bookshops, and other non-food products stores, cafes and restaurants, consumer services (medical and cosmetic services, hairdressing saloons, photo), hotels, places of entertainment, payments and information centers.
